Our services are available via Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use for smooth order processing and fulfillment. Your use of the platform or purchase from us constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the site.

4. Account Management and Responsibilities

In case customer login functionality is available or introduced in the future:

  • Creating an account will allow you to access personalized features and track orders.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KalasmiQ will not be liable for unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we detect misuse or violation of these Terms.
    If no login option is provided, you will still need to provide accurate information at checkout to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.

5. Order Processing and Payment

All products are made to order to ensure high quality. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateways. If available, you may also choose the cash on delivery option for your convenience.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. In the event of any issues with payment or product availability, we will notify you promptly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within India. Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
A tracking link will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
We use trusted courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and DTDC to deliver your products.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays due to courier service disruptions, public holidays, or weather conditions are beyond our control.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers may result in delivery delays or additional charges for re-delivery.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds are not available. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, or the wrong size, you may request an exchange for the same design.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by emailing support@kalasmiq.com or contacting us at +91 9370419074 with details and photos of the issue.

Products must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
KalasmiQ reserves the right to decline exchanges if the item shows signs of use or damage.

If courier pickup is unavailable or fails after 3 attempts, the product must be self-shipped to:

Ensure the package includes your Order ID and registered mobile number to avoid delays.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in legal action.

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the product purchased.
